Sometimes I think I'm noyt giving my two enough to eat but both are very energetic and healthy. If you can just feel the ribs under then they should be fine. Hope that came out right. I know my male looks chunke but if I run my hands over his ribcage I can just feel the outline of his ribs under the muscle. My little girl is six months and very light boned but is starting to develope a layer of muscle over her ribs. Even though they're fed twice a day they are always looking for food. Over feeding them just to please other people may shorten their lives. If in doubt ask your vet to tell you if their okay. |
