Default Shaking and leg cramps

Hi,

We have a 10 year old female yorkie. Since she was 6 she had from time to time (once per two months) a sort of atack in which she starts to shake softly from side to side (not shake from cold), she does not cry or seems to have pain, she also remains concient (so it is not epilepsia). After a minute shaking in the same place (she doesn't walk) she starts to lie down for a couple of minutes looking to you like if she knows something is going on. After 2-3 minutes she stands up like nothing has ever happened. She keeps eating and drinking as usual. There were some months she had two or three of these attacks, but for the last year and a half she ha non. Yesterday she had one in the morning and one later in the evening, today she had one in the morning too. This time she also seems to take back her legs (only one at a time), like if a sort of cramp is going on, can be either the front or back legs, she does not seem to have pain either. After a minute she stands up again like nothing has happened.

We have taken her to vets in several ocasions, only one came with a conclusion that it could be something to her back and one if the discs. They gave medication for that and vitamins, but nothing changed.

Has any of you had a similar experience or knows what is going on?
We would be very grateful if someone gives us a piece of advice.
Thank you!
