that isnt legal, just think about it, how could it be legal for someone to sign a contract and then stuff is added to it that you didnt sign for???? When they changed my lease (they changed it so we had to pay a $5 trash charge...... no big change right???) we had to sighn a whoel new lease agreement so that they could legally cover their buts for the $5.... making him a service dog is a good idea though
