My vet said 1/2 dose was o.k., but it's hard to keep the left-overs sealed air-tight, and it's hard to judge what is half...I did that, for a couple of months (1/2 dose), and it wasn't getting it...Of course I hadn't completely eliminated fleas from my house and yard, which I have now...Anyway, I finally used a whole dose on Apple 2 months ago (4 1/2 lbs.) and I haven't used it since, since she doesn't seem to have fleas? I'd try 1/2 dose, and if it works, then just don't put it on, again, until you see fleas staying on him, and not dying...That's what frontline does...the fleas bite, and then die.... |
