AnnRenae- I have to tell you that your baby still looks absolutely adorable! I feel for you that even after you have given EXPLICIT written directions she still just did what she felt like doing. I have been through that so many times. I really do think about trying to groom him myself but I always second guess my ability. QuickSilver posted that Thor does not have the ear hairs pulled as per vet recommendation and I was wondering what most of you do. I hate to have it pulled. I heard it prevents the ear infection but what Quicksilver wrote, "...plucking the ear hair opens up tiny wounds that can get infected..." which makes sense to me. It's super frustrating that we pay so much to have them groomed and more times than not...in my experience at least...they don't even listen to what we want.
