Ash when I cut Mitzy's hair on her butt I take a comb, comb the hair around her anus
and then take scissors and cut on top of the comb so i dont nick her bum. It keeps it really short without having to shave her whole backside. I do it every week or two when she gets bathed.. When I notice a "crusty"
I do the same thing to get it off her
