Yes, I have noticed that mine are doing a little more hacking here lately- Especially after being outside. I think it is because of the change in season, falling leaves, etc. They are pretty close to the ground...
I don't think any of mine are suffering from a cold at this time, but this is certainly good weather for that too! If it seems to be really bothersome, maybe take your baby to the vet and have him looked at just to be sure.
