Until you posted these pictures...my thoughts were as others. Now I'm not sure...because I don't think either of these parents look like a biewer. Perhaps they are both splitters...which produced one biewer colored puppy. That is possible if both parents offered the recessive gene. Personally I don't think the parents should've been used in a breeding program. JMOH.
