Pippa came down with a doggie cold late last week. She started coughing and sneezing. It did seem to coincide with the weather changing here as well. I took her to the vet on Saturday who said she had a viral cold. He told me to give her Robitussin at night for the cough. She's better, but just coughing some at night. So far, Scout hasn't caught it. I do notice that Pippa is more sensitive to ANYTHING than Scout is, such as cleaning supplies and such. (Febreeze can't be used at our house any more-talk about coughing fits!!) I do think weather does trigger sensitive dogs...and people!

Oh, and to add what to do about it. If it's just an occasional cough, I don't do anything. She stops on her own. The Robitussin for the coughing she had at night: vet told me to give her 1ml...but I would check with your vet before administering any medicine. :-)
