Are the bald spots kinda crusty? Could it be ringworm? Please be careful. If it's ringworm, it could spread VERY quickly to you, and the other furbabies.

My cat had it when he was a kitten (he actually came with it from the breeder, and I didn't know what it was, thought it was just some silly bald spot which would go away over time). Both me and my bf got it from him and had to take medication for it. It went away for a while but came back on a month after. I got it from him AGAIN!!! I hope it's not ringworm because it's very stubborn and very tricky to get rid of.
