I think the OP is maintaining that she has not received her money back. At the very least, the breeder probably still has the first $500 deposit. Since that was kept for years, I doubt paypal would go back to recoup that part of the payment even if their investigation proves the breeder was at fault in the transaction. |
You are right, I did forgot about the deposit she made. What a nightmare.
