She said, "Nope, the only thing she said is true is that she sold me a dog with hernia." So, I think she disputes everything else the breeder put in that ripoff report. That is the bad part about sites like those. It is good that customers can tell their story when they get ripped off but then the seller is also free to post anything they want. It is not uncommon for them to make up things to make the customer look bad. When I see something like that I automatically am skeptical. A reputable breeder would have defended themself with what they do right not what someone else does wrong.
I think the OP is maintaining that she has not received her money back. At the very least, the breeder probably still has the first $500 deposit. Since that was kept for years, I doubt paypal would go back to recoup that part of the payment even if their investigation proves the breeder was at fault in the transaction.
