My Shayna is now a big girl and in her 2-3 week of heat, but she's turned into the crazy aggresive barker. Is this normal? Ginger never had this problem. Shayna is barking at the air, the wind, the birds, a helicopter and will wake up and start running and barking at night. She's gone nuts. She is also aggressive with Ginger, territorial and attacking. A friend suggested I throw a diaper on her and walk her, but it's been excessivly hot and I'm also afraid, I know she is totally a fertile myrtle right now. But last night was the worst and it went on till 12 midnight and I have neighbors. I yelled, squished a plastic bottle, shook the penny can, chased her and reassured her it was all ok. Does anyone give Midol? Arghhhhh! Any suggestions?
