Capstar is a great flea medicine for little ones (2 lbs - 25 lbs) and 1 tiny pill make the fleas drop within 30 minutes. Fleas make your puppy very anemic. Make sure to bath the baby with an oatmeal shampoo to heal his skin heal.
Make sure puppy is eating as many little meals a day as possible. Mix soft food and/or grind dry food and mix with soft food and a tiny bit of water. Makes food more palateable. Make sure not to feed baby anything with "meat by-products"!!
And see if you can get something like Hy-Vite for a few days (vitamines and iron).

i would do a hypoallergenic shampoo not oatmeal as many dogs are allergic to oatmeal as it is a grain and sounds like this dog has flea saliva allergy going on with a few other things
