Only suggestion I have: maybe take her to an area outside where you know other dogs have pottyed. A lot of times when they smell other dogs, they will go. Also maybe let her drink a lot of water, and then take her on a walk, she's going to have to go at some point and when she does, praise, praise, praise! Other than that, she's pretty young - I'm sure she will learn.
