Hi,
We have always used the BB harness on Beatrice and started to use it on Sebastien,they really work great.A few weeks ago I noticed some breakage on the top of Sebastien's shoulders where the BB harness rests.I asked a fellow show person what to do about it,she said she doesn't use it for that reason-breakage.
Beatrice doesn't seem to get breakkage from it,so we still use it on her.I am going to show Sebastien and don't want any breakage,so I've been using the "kindness show lead" on him.It is the same lead I will use on him in the ring-so it's good practice.
So...I guess the breakage thing depends on the dog.My 2 have totally different hair types.
