I wouldn't be waiting to get calcium in the mail. And I wouldn't want a vet who said "there wasn't much he could do because he could not figure out what was wrong with her". He sounds strange to me! Her temp is still high and I hope you get her some help soon. There are so many things that can go wrong from the moment of conception until the puppies are weaned. I hope you come on soon to let us know what's happening. Good luck to you and Cinnamon and her puppies.

PS. You don't want the puppies to lose more than 10% of their birth weight - that can be another problem. Do what Mary said and get the goat's milk.
