We live in a basement suite and whenever she hears the people upstairs move during the night she gets all rowled up or scared, so the only thing i can do is confort her. I give her some attention until she calms down and i pet her until she falls asleep. I know I can be very tired the next day but at least i made her feel safe at night. And i also have a night light above her pee pad every single night or else she would get lost at night?? goodluck
