Welcome to Yorkie Talk. You posted this in the breeding section, you will get a lot more advise if you post in the grooming section. It is not normal for a dog to stink a day after having a bath. What kind of dog food are you feeding her? The type of diet she is on can effect how she smells. She needs a good quality dog food. I recommend Canidae, Solid Gold, Natural Balance or Chicken Soup. There are other good dog foods available also.
As for shampoo, my two favorites are Coat Handler or All-Systems but there are many other good shampoos. Most of the really good ones you have to order, they are not available at pet stores.
She could also have some type of skin bacteria that is causing the problem and you might need a special shampoo from the vet. It might be a good idea to get her checked out. |
