Yes, it does take consistency, but 100% means never any accidents, and you can't get upset if they have a few setbacks now and then, especially during teething, and neutering/ spaying. I'm just saying that if you expect it to be a little difficult you won't be thrown for a loop if it is. I do believe that when a dog has the accident, it is never his fault; it is the owner who has failed to learn something.
