Oh my goodness! I can't believe we were this surprised but we were...Taffy's SB was Rocky and FlDebra and boy, oh boy, did we ever get showered with stuff!
Our box was itself a masterpiece and Debra even included some math terminology which pleased this retired math teacher no end! On one side she had T cubed for TOY, Taffy, and TN...isn't that wonderful? We loved our package before we ever slit the tape!
One side had the logo of our beloved TN Vols but Miss Debra added a twist... What do you suppose we discovered when we opened the box? Yep, a FL Gator just staring up at us as if already sure they will beat us again. (And the sad thing is they could since they seem to every year <sigh>) Debra said she just couldn't resist and we guess she couldn't...after all, she packed our box with wonderful TN Vols stuff! (She was probably on overload from our beloved orange and white.)
I've already admitted this to her but it still stings a little because of the two of us, I'm usually the more observant one. However, it was my husband who first realized that everything in our box was wrapped in orange or white tissue. How cool! (In my defense, I was trying to keep Taffy from getting her
year's worth of fiber.)
We got some of the "bestest" stuff and the weird part? This is the second time we've gotten Vols stuff in a GE and we've never gotten anything we already had! If you just knew the amount of stuff we've accumulated, you'd know just how surprising that is! We are just loving everything! Plus, none of Taffy's toys were any that she already had! I just find that amazing.
Debra, please forgive if I omit something. Miss Taffy played the grab and run and I tried to regroup for photos and listing but am not sure I was successful.
Our beautifully decorated box contained:
*a cupcake shirt...so precious
*a cupcake toy...so yummy looking...mmmm, cupcake!
*a pink and white bow
*a UT dress...Go Vols!...just fantastic!
*an orange and white bow with a pawprint...so sweet
*a pink bandanna with dainty brown hearts...just love the color combo
*a multi-colored bandanna with "cutie" ...feeds the Diva in her
*shampoo and creme rinse (been wanting to try these in particular!)
*Booda bone
*chicken treats in the cutest dog decorated can
*a Diva fashion bone toy
*a bright pink bone toy
*a hand-crocheted fluff ball (her favorite...I think she senses the love)
*a pink pig with a pink tennis ball body
*a cool long loofa dog with all kinds of differing textures
*a cute soft ring chewy hippo toy (several textures)
*a stuffingless critter (perfect size for her)
And for Mommy:
*the most gorgeous UT pet carrier you have ever seen...I didn't even know they made such a thing! Even my husband says he won't mind carrying it!
*a UT checkbook billfold (never seen one of these either!)
*a beautiful Yorkie charm
*address labels with Taffy's own picture
*a tin of mints and a magnet from the Naval Base
*a Yorkie bookmark
*a couple of sweet cards but one of them is a sound card with clapping and dogs barking (wish you guys could have seen Taffy's head cocking from side to side when I opened it...LOL...so priceless!)
It was an amazing and wonderful gift box, Debra and Rocky!
