I would suggest taking him to the Vet and getting him neutered and then loving him as a family pet. You sound like a wonderful family and it sounds like you guys love him and he loves you. I am not sure which breeder is offering you a puppy for him, but that just sounds awful. You rescued him, he deserves to live a happy pet life, not to be used as a breeding machine
