How long do you stay out with her? Sometimes puppies will not go instantly when you take them out especially since they don't know they are suppose to go outside.
Another thing you may try, since she is paper trained. When you take her out, put a piece of paper outside on the patio(never seem to work on grass) and see if she will go on the paper. Also for inside need, you can put the paper on top of the pee pee pad and see if she will go on the paper on top of that. |
