Hi. Well not sure on the answer to this one..but my Dusties tail stands way up and over his back..and now it is looking like a long curly Fan...very effective...and it stands straight up when he is startled...or angry...
All our other yorkies had docked tails..so Dustie is quite amusing with his. He plays with it a lot too...that is fun to watch..He acts like it doesn't belong to him...aren't they just fun.
But maybe someone will know.
