Well, use your judgment on the training sessions. You might try Craigslist, put an ad up to see if anyone in your area wants to do small dog play groups. There are no yorkie meets in your area?
You can also check meetup sites, there might already be some going, and they are most likely free. Thor is undersocialized, and yorkie meetups have helped a LOT, even though we only go twice per month. Yorkies seem to prefer other yorkies.
