(If anyone can confirm that that is true, and not just something the trainer told me to sound like he knew what he was talking about, please do!)
I am drinking a glass of half water half juice as I type! Gotta get hydrated for my run tomorrow. HATE taking a day off. I am doing the couch potato to 5 k and dont' want to fall behind. anyways- LOVE bananas- will throw a few of those back too! I think it might be potassium... ?
