Off the top of my head alcohol with hemostats soaking in it, heating pad, towels, garbage can, flash light, lamp, gloves, leash, laundry basket lined with sheets/towels in case a trip to vet is necessary, purse, car keys, phone, vet and emergency vet numbers, pad and pencil, diet coke, camera, scale (I use a gram scale), suction bulb, nutrical, betadine, a pick me up for mom (vanilla ice cream, broth, whelping pudding, etc). I have seen lists of kits online that might be good to use.
