i went through the same thing with my little Suzi when she became ill with the same symtoms . I did take her to the vet, who placed her on two different types of medications after observing her for the rest of the day. He also ran a Parvo test to to be on the safe side, even though she had ALL of her vaccines. That came back negative. The blood in the stool , I thought was from irritation of the stomach lining and from the vomiting/diarrehea. She was not dehydrated , thankfully. However was lethargic. She came around after the meds , and was back to herself quickly.
