Yes I can blame them and if it makes me feel a bit better whats the problem with it. I blame not only them, but all others like them. I didn't purposely get a dog from them, I wish I would of knew more info about where she came from but the lady who I got her from was a huge liar so none of this info came into light until after I got her home. I love dogs, and all animals, I hate to see this kind of stuff happening to innocent dogs personally I think a uneducated BYB is better then a puppymiller. But again I wouldn't want to help any of them out making money. I know blaming won't make anything better but sometimes it makes people feel better. I'd love to help put a stop to it all if I could some how but it takes an army of people to make a change I feel.
