Actually, dogs will often attack and kill a seizing dog, even a beloved companion.

In the wild, a sick dog makes the whole pack vulnerable to attack and they will often be killed by other members of their pack. It's the "survival of the fittest".

A dog who has seizures should never be left alone with other dogs, even if they are best buddies.

Dog Attack - Now What?

What can you do when your dog seizures? Other dogs should be removed from the area, as they may disturb or attack the seizuring dog.

Canine Epilepsy

Keep other dogs away, as they may not understand and may attack a dog during a seizure.
