Bloody diarrhea can indicate HGE, which can be life threatening. Due to their size, Yorkies can go downhill rapidly with HGE. Your vet will be able to run tests to diagnose your pup immediately, and inhouse. If your pup weighs 5 pounds, and has stopped vomiting, you can give him about a teaspoon of chicken and rice. Wait to see if he keeps it down for about 30 minutes. See if he'll drink some water, again only very small amounts, then wait. Sometimes if you give them too much they will start vomiting again. And definitely get him to the vets. If you go soon, don't feed him as the ride may make him vomit. Tell the vet when you arrive that he hasn't eaten.
Hope and prayers your way....Kathy
