I've only heard Temaril as in Tem-er-il P.

I've heard Atopica both as A-TOPE-ica and A-TOP-ica. I've heard it that way by both by derms and non-derms...so what the heck. It 'feels' more natural to me to say A-TOP-ica, for some reason.
