Ya this sounds just like when I was prego with my first one luckly after they get a positive pegnancy test there are a type of gravol that does not go threw the plasenta and just getting the sick feeling to go away can helps alot as then you can eat which will help with the tierd feeling also it is ok to take tylenol while pregnante
