 Pierre.. scared & shaking... remembered the pet store.....
Hello Everyone,
So... without opening the discussion of getting your furbabies from pet stores (in my own defense I wasnt completely educated and had no idea those doggies could be from dog mills... i wouldnt do it again but so thankful that I did because I am in love with my little man).
Anyways, the pet store that I got Pierre from is about a 45 min drive away. I was in the area so I thought I would stop by. Usually Pierre loves pet stores... I always take him in to say hello with the puppies... its always a nice little treat for him... well I took him to the store I got him from and he was shaking and so scared. He was nuzzling his little nose into my neck. He wouldnt even look at the dogs. Then I put him on the floor and he went close to the door and cowarded in the corner. It absolutely broke my heart!! The day that I got him... he was so happy and ran around the store like he owned it. Now all he wanted to do was get out of there.
Do you think he remembered?? How could he have possibly?? So crazy! He will be 1 next month and I got him when he was about 2 months old. So I guess about 9 months have gone by. Just curious what everyone's thoughts are on this!! |
