I felt different right away with my pregnancies. The first pregnancy test I took with my son was negative and the second was positive. I always feel like I'm getting my period even when I'm pregnant. I'm actually pregnant again right now. I think I conceived around the 5th of August and I look like I'm 3 months, sick and hungry already....I think you may be....I'd take another test Thursday morning.
