I just called them and they said that they only request the vet records if you submit a claim with them, so if she goes in for something and they see that they suspected it was gastritis it may not be covered. But if its treatable, then the next policy year, she should be covered.
I chose the silver plan for now cause Maxi is still a puppy but I think when he gets older, I will change to the highest one.
