Toto is exactly like that! If I sit down [anywhere] she is on my lap! At the computer she just sits and watches or lays and naps! She follows my every step when I go from room to room and when I'm doing housework, etc. she either runs and plays or naps/watches .... she just HAS to be in the same room that I am in! When she was smaller I used a front carrier but it was a tad bulky so Patrick bought me a sling [the kind for your arm] and it worked beautifully until one day I leaned over cleaning one of the toilets and almost dropped her in!!!
She had fallen asleep in the sling!
When you have a "clinger" like this, you just have to try different things to see what works for you!
