Well they havent asked me to submit my vet records but they make you fill out a declarations page with vet's info and they ask you fill out any pre-existing conditions that the dog may have, so if she goes in for something they will probably request records from the vet then, and they will void the insurance if they find out that she had it before.
But its worth checking out anyway, because she was diagnosed officially right? I would def ask them (their CS is great over the phone). Also, you never know, its good to have in case of emergences.
