I am so glad that someone posted about this. I was embarrassed when I caught my pup (almost 14 weeks) doing it to the cat the other night. I just told him no and had to pull him off of her. They were playing so if it is a "showing dominance" thing that makes total sense. I just felt sorry for the kitty because she had no idea what was going on. So I guess it is normal then.
