I would take him to the vet, because he may have picked up something from the kennel. I wouldn't give him anything for the diarrhea, bc he is vomiting also. Also, with him not drinking and vomiting, he is at risk for becoming dehydrated, and if he can't keep anything down, he should be put on IV fluids. Watch that he doesn't get hypoglycemic on you too. You could try the chicken and rice and offer water(both in small amounts) and see how he does.
