His blood work was all completely normal. His ALT was under 10 U/L. I know that this is not determinitive of LS but it is a factor. My MVD dog routinely has ALT readings near 200 U/L. She also has symptoms that Teddy does not have. I am familiar with LS because of my MVD dog but I just do not think that is the road I should take now. I am not adverse to running BA but my time and money may be better well spent (at least initially) with a neurologist or other specialist.
I am waiting for my vet to call me and will go from there. Thank you all for your thoughts and suggestions. I am taking them all into consideration. |
That's another symptom of LS. A bat test would cost you around 85 bucks...a consult with a neurologist is likely to be more than that.
