That one sounded the safest to me, you can drink milk of magnesia, and peroxide is a very safe oxidizing bleach, cornstarch is also safe, and she does say you often get good results after one use. I was going to try it, but I keep forgetting to get cornstarch. He still has a bit of stain left from my experimentation with a different food, and if I ever remember to get the cornstarch I'll let you know how it works. To answer your question, I would mix a little at a time, since peroxide works with oxygen, it may change properties if it's mixed with the other ingredients for too long of a time.
