Hi, Sasha started her first period today and I have so many questions:

how long does it last?
Anything special I should do?
How can I make this easier for her?

For those who have gone through the experience please advice. Thank you. She looks tired, looks miserable sometimes like if she had cramps. Other times she is like herself playing and kissing her mami lol.
