Oh yeah , sugar free jello is your best friend on this diet LoL
Vitamins are super important on low carb diets, and some magnesium should help with leg cramps. Not everything sugar free is also carb friendly, so watch for the sneaky stuff. When I did low carb 10 years ago, my favorite treat was Atkins peanut butter cups (better than Reeses), but they don't make em anymore. Good luck!
