Sophie barks a lot too. She's getting better so I'm not going to take her anywhere dogs aren't allowed
until she gets used to going in stores. She mainly only barks now during the day if she wants the cats' attention, she knows we are in the house be not in the same room with her, or if she wants out of her xpen and we can't let her just that second. She also barks when she gets stuck on her crate (yes, she climbs it like a little monkey!) or if she accidentally shuts the crate door. She's finally gotten to where she doesn't bark at night so that's wonderful! I'm sure she'll get better with time! I just love her so much!
