I knew when I got pregnant. I just felt different. My nipples where very sensitive and I kept feeling like I started my period, but nothing was there. Then my hair dresser said "your hair is different, are your pregnant?" and I said I hope so. I was! It was the one and only pregnancy I had. (unfortunately) Lots of nausea later.
