I think it's good to allow yourself for some flexibility - plan a couple of "cheats"...otherwise, sometimes you can end up super rigid in your eating and you begin to feel like some foods are "bad" - which just makes you want them even more . Maybe when you're having less healthy food, portion it out first so that you don't eat too much of it?

Btw, a close relative of mine had a breast reduction when she was 18 (now she is 44) and she said it was one of THE BEST things she ever did. Good luck and keep us posted.
