You can call yorkie rescue and tell them that you want to remain anonamous, but give them the story from A to Z - im sure they would love to help those poor babies....
HOW can that woman say she loves them? To me this is pathetic and something should be done to help them asap!
No dogs should have to sleep out in the open air, its rediculous
how would that woman like to be treated that way, left to sleep outside and get some food thrown at her when she gets thought of?
In my opinion, people that treat animals that way deserve the same treatment!
