 Bladder stones and a raw diet
Syd was just recently operated on and had a bladder stone removed. We brought everything that he was consuming to the vet. Because his food at the time and everything else was so high quality he thinks the condition might be genetic. Syd is now on a special Royal Canin diet, Urinary S/O for urinary issues. I guess it's ok but I'd like to do better.
Does anyone know if a raw diet would help in slowing the formation of future stones or better yet stopping them completely? Thanks.. |
