Reputable breeders do not breed for tiny yorkies nor will they let them go home any less then 12 weeks old. So i doubt you will find this. Breeders cannot guarantee a puppy's adult weight so if you want one that is 3-4 lbs you should look for one thats already 5-6 months old so you have more of an idea of what your getting.
